AirGlide AI Deploys 21st Century Solution Air Layer Drag Reduction System on One of the Largest Ships in the World

Richard Poe, co-founder and CEO of AirGlide AI is pleased to report the first Air Layer Drag Reduction (ALDR) system is deployed and fully operational on one of the largest ships in the world, bringing friction reducing fuel saving technology into the 21st century. Beginning in November 2025, AirGlide AI enhanced and integrated the ship’s existing Air Lubrication System, converting it into an Air Layer Drag Reduction System, dramatically increasing the fuel savings.
